In line with its mission of protecting humanity and preserving the environment, the Eau Thermale Avène brand's aim for this new hotel is to once again highlight its willingness to achieve ever more remarkable energy performance. The hotel, doubly certified BREEAM "Very good" and HQE level "Exceptional", produces part of its domestic hot water thanks to the solar panels installed on the roof.

A site classified as an LPO refuge
Recognised as a LPO refuge (Ligue de protection des Oiseaux – League for Bird Protection), our park nests various protected species. Come and discover the different birds and bat shelters scattered around the site, and also the insect hotel.
Societal reintegration
We work closely with the association APSH 34, which accompanies and employs people with disabilities to help them enrich their social and professional development. So it is this association that is partly responsible for cleaning your laundry on a daily basis.
A daily environmental commitment
It is on a daily basis that all our teams are committed to this dynamic that you benefit from throughout your stay:
- Responsible Purchasing: less distance, more quality! We give preference to local actors whenever possible. Also, whether at breakfast or on the terrace during your dinner, the selection of the products you consume is made according to their origin, their cultivation and their organoleptic qualities.
- Less waste, more sorting: all of our waste is sorted to facilitate recycling. Organic waste is used to "feed" our composter, which is also fed by our green waste.
